Billing
CloudForecast billing is managed under Account → Billing. From there you can view your current plan status, access invoices, and update your payment method.
Free Trial
Section titled “Free Trial”All new CloudForecast accounts start with a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to get started. You will have full access to the features included in your selected plan during the trial period.
Viewing Your Plan and Invoices
Section titled “Viewing Your Plan and Invoices”Go to Account → Billing to see:
- Your current subscription plan and trial status.
- A table of all past invoices, including the date, amount, and payment status.
- A link to view or download each individual invoice.
Adding or Updating a Payment Method
Section titled “Adding or Updating a Payment Method”You can add or update your credit card at any time from the Billing page.
- Go to Account → Billing.
- Under Payment Information, enter your card number, expiry date, and CVC.
- Click Update.
Your new card will be used for all future billing.
What Happens When the Trial Ends
Section titled “What Happens When the Trial Ends”When your 30-day free trial ends, CloudForecast will prompt you to add a payment method to continue service. If your trial has already ended and you need to adjust your plan or discuss options, please contact us at support@cloudforecast.io.
